About the role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our CRM & Lifecycle team and play a key role in the execution, optimization, and evolution of our marketing automation strategy across multiple initiatives and markets.
This role combines hands-on execution, technical ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Content teams.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Klaviyo, comfortable working with event-based architectures, and experienced in integrating data and tools through APIs and webhooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Manage advanced segmentation, personalization logic, and conditional workflows using behavioral and transactional data.
- Continuously test and optimize automation flows to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to define and consume events, parameters, and payloads.
- Support and validate integrations between internal systems, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing platforms using APIs and webhooks.
- Analyze campaign and flow performance, run experiments, and document learnings.
- Translate business needs into clear CRM and technical requirements, ensuring timely execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools or CRM. Experience with Klaviyo will be highly valued.
- Proven experience with event-based data models, CRM integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience optimizing performance through data.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CDPs or data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL or analytics querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in subscription-based or digital products.
