About The Role
As a SEM Specialist, you will be the architect of our visibility across global search engines. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of high-scale advertising strategies on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing). Your mission is to dominate the search results page through technical excellence in account structuring, bidding automation, and data-driven optimisation. You will manage significant international budgets, ensuring a constant flow of high-quality conversions by mastering the mechanics of search intent and funnel efficiency.
This is a remote/WFH position.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) managing high-scale SEM accounts, specifically overseeing significant advertising spend across multiple international regions.
- Deep technical mastery of Search ecosystems, including advanced configuration of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads.
- Expertise in automated bidding strategies, with a proven track record of successfully steering tCPA and tROAS models to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- High analytical capability to monitor full-funnel performance, using attribution modelling and data insights to identify inefficiencies and scale winning search patterns.
- Bilingual mastery in English and Spanish, possessing the cultural nuance required to localise search strategies and resonate with local user behaviors in major global markets.
- Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking and data accuracy, ensuring that all workflows—from keyword mining to final lead capture—are tracked with precision.
- Proven ability to execute cross-platform strategies, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities by capturing users at critical "moments of truth" during their travel planning journey.
- Strong ownership mindset, capable of managing the entire SEM lifecycle independently while staying aligned with Holafly’s global growth objectives.
