✦ About the role
As our Growth Manager - Subscription, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Holafly’s subscription plan, Holafly Connect, optimizing key metrics such as retention, MRR, and churn. You will leverage a mix of data analysis, experimentation, and marketing strategies to improve performance across the entire customer lifecycle.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in subscription-based businesses, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to execute cross-functional growth initiatives with speed and adaptability. You’ll work closely with our Data Analyst to uncover insights and drive data-informed decisions.
✦ Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Retention & Churn Optimization
- Develop and execute strategies to increase subscriber retention and reduce churn, using behavioral insights, lifecycle marketing, and engagement tactics.
- Design win-back campaigns and loyalty initiatives that drive long-term subscriber value.
- Work closely with CRM and Paid Marketing teams to implement improvements that enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
- Growth Experimentation & Performance Optimization
- Plan and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across different stages of the subscription funnel.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase conversion rates, improve onboarding, and reduce friction points.
- Collaborate with our Data Analyst to track and analyze key subscription metrics, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth.
- Pricing & Monetization Strategy
- Work with the pricing team to support pricing tests and offer strategies to maximize revenue and retention.
- Analyze customer segments to tailor personalized offers and subscription plans.
- Develop insights on competitor pricing and industry trends to inform Holafly’s positioning.
- Cross-Functional Growth Initiatives
- Partner with Paid Marketing, CRM, and Lifecycle teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Leverage data to create personalized engagement strategies through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Experience: 3+ years in Growth, Subscription Growth, Retention Marketing, or similar roles in SaaS, eCommerce, or consumer subscription businesses.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data (SQL, Excel, Looker, or similar BI tools) to extract insights and drive decisions.
- Experimentation Mindset: Proven track record of running A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable impact. (Experimentation platform: VWO)
- Lifecycle & CRM Expertise: Experience working with email marketing, push notifications, and customer engagement strategies.
- Marketing & Acquisition Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing, referral programs, and customer segmentation.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and quickly adjust strategies based on data and insights.
- Flexibility: Comfortable navigating changing priorities and testing new approaches to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially with Data Analysts, CRM, and Paid Marketing.
- Communication: Strong ability to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
