About the Role

As a Carrier Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for our global mobile carrier partners. This is not a sales role, but a strategic partner-facing position where you will lead commercial negotiations, manage agreements, and ensure strong, long-term collaboration with connectivity providers (MNOs, MVNOs, MVNEs). You will play a critical role in strengthening Holafly’s eSIM supply network, optimizing pricing, and ensuring smooth operational execution alongside internal teams.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrier Negotiation & Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with global mobile carriers, leading negotiations to secure competitive agreements.
  • Contract & Agreement Execution: Lead and oversee contract negotiations to optimize pricing, service features, and technology integrations.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain carrier agreements efficiently.
  • Market & Performance Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, carrier performance, and partnership success to drive strategic improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end carrier management, from onboarding to contract renewal, reducing inefficiencies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or commercial carrier relations—preferably on the connectivity/network provider side (MNO/MVNO/MVNE).
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts with telecom providers, including pricing, SLAs, and technical/commercial clauses.
  • Deep understanding of telecom business models, especially MNO, MVNO, and MVNE partnerships.
  •  Experience analyzing business performance metrics and driving strategic initiatives.
  •  Fluency in English (C1 level minimum); Spanish or other languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, and multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally without visa restrictions.
  • Strong analytical and results-driven approach.
Desired Experience:
  • Previous work experience with carrier-facing roles in telco infrastructure, roaming, or interconnect.
  •  Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA technologies. 
  • International experience or exposure to global markets.
