About the Position: At Holafly, we are seeking a Strategic Manager to join our Strategic Initiatives team. This role is crucial for unblocking stalled projects and leading new initiatives with significant impact on the company. We are looking for a highly experienced expert in digital environments with proven expertise in analytics, growth, marketing, strategy, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key strategic projects within the company;

• Identify, develop, and execute new initiatives that have a significant impact;

• Work closely with the Director and Lead of the team to ensure alignment and efficient project execution;

• Analyze data and metrics to optimize initiative performance and propose continuous improvements;

• Implement innovative and effective growth strategies;

• Facilitate communication and cooperation between various departments involved in the projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Proven extensive experience in managing digital and strategic projects.
• Advanced skills in analytics, growth, marketing, and strategy.
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a “make things happen” mindset.
