The Role
You will be the engine behind our experimental acquisition strategy, identifying and scaling the next generation of high-growth channels for our B2B segment. By clinicaly optimizing the funnel from click to customer, you will directly impact Holafly’s global market share and LTV/CAC efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead channel discovery by testing and scaling non-traditional B2B platforms like Reddit Ads, Capterra, G2, Linkedin Ads and programmatic media.
- Maximize unit economics by relentlessly optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improving the LTV/CAC ratio across all paid efforts.
- Build a high-velocity testing framework to validate creatives, audiences, and landing pages through rigorous A/B experimentation.
- Architect digital nurturing loops and retargeting campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the B2B decision-making journey.
- Design growth forecasts and performance dashboards that translate complex data sets into actionable scaling opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between marketing and tech to ensure flawless tracking, attribution, and implementation of new growth tools.
Qualifications
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish are required to operate within our global markets.
- Proven experience in SaaS B2B or Tech, specifically managing performance budgets with a focus on lead generation.
- Mastery of data analysis with the ability to build models and extract insights from funnel metrics.
- Experimental mindset with a track record of building and validating growth loops from scratch.
- Strong technical aptitude regarding marketing tracking, APIs, and data integration.
