As a Lead Generation Specialist, they are responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lead generation strategies, working closely with the marketing team to attract qualified prospects and maintain their engagement throughout their lifecycle. 1. Lead Generation Strategy:
  • Develop and execute specific strategies for lead acquisition in different markets and channels (affiliate, influencer marketing), tailored to local behaviors and needs.
  • Manage workflow to generate qualified leads on a consistent basis.
  • Qualifies leads and assesses their level of interest.
  • Collaborate with Lead Gen Manager to adjust lead generation strategies based on conversion rate analysis and team performance.
  • Continuously tracks key lead generation metrics, adjusting tactics in real-time to improve results.
2. Management of automation tools:
  • Administers appropriate automation tools to optimize lead capture, nurturing and conversion, such as CRM, email marketing tools and prospecting software.
  • Designs and manages automated workflows, ensuring that each lead is segmented correctly.
  • Keeps lead database up to date.
3. Analysis and reporting:
  • Analyzes and designs lead generation strategies, monitoring their productivity and ensuring that established KPIs are met, such as volume of leads generated, lead quality (according to lead scoring) and conversion efficiency.
  • Creates regular reports for Lead Gen Manager and marketing team, detailing the performance of lead generation strategies, lead quality, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performs analysis on lead quality, identifying trends and patterns in each market and adjusting strategies to optimize conversion.
  • Set continuous improvement goals based on analysis of results obtained.
4. Coordination with other teams:
  • Transfers qualified leads to the Affiliate and Influencer Marketing teams, ensuring that the leads delivered are relevant, well segmented and have the potential to become strategic allies.
  • Ensures that leads are properly registered in the CRM, maintaining control and updating their information throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to receive feedback on the quality of leads and their behavior along the sales funnel, in order to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Manages the smooth communication and transfer of leads between different teams, ensuring the team receives the right information at the right time to maximize conversion opportunities.
