Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to support the Product and Finance Team as
we continue with our growth strategy. You will need fluent English communication skills, and have
significant experience in the Global E-commerce space managing payment platforms and their
performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Payment Method Optimization:
✦ Evaluate and enhance existing payment methods to improve efficiency and reduce
transaction costs.
✦ Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative payment
solutions.
✦ Awareness of APM for global reach to ensure we have access to potential customers
Process Improvement:
✦ Streamline financial processes to increase accuracy, speed, and overall effectiveness.
✦ Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow within the finance
department.
Vendor Management:
✦ Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
✦ Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements as needed.
Risk Management:
✦ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to financial operations.
✦ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
✦ Overall awareness of Chargeback/Dispute data and implement processes to minimise risk in
this area.
Reporting and Analysis:
✦ Generate and analyse financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
✦ Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate financial performance.
Qualifications:
✦ Proven experience 5 years in finance operations management with a focus on digital payment
method optimization.
✦ Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices.
✦ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✦ Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
✦ Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
