with strong English communication skills to assist our Affiliates team with daily tasks,
manage B2B client financial workflows, and ensure accurate reporting and communication.
The role will focus 75% on working with B2B clients, including checking advance payments,
tracking amounts used, monitoring outstanding balances, and addressing discrepancies with
clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Support Assistance:
- Provide daily support to the Affiliates Assistant with routine tasks.
- Generate reports and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Accurately record affiliate data in the system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Monitor advance payments for B2B clients and reconcile them with usage.
- Track amounts used and outstanding balances, ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate and review periodic reports on B2B financial standing for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients regarding financial discrepancies.
- Investigate issues, provide solutions, and maintain clear and professional communication with clients in English.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Ensure all client and financial data is correctly recorded in the system.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports for both internal review and client delivery.
- Collaborate with the Affiliates team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on best practices and tools for managing affiliate and B2B financial workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial operations, client support, or a similar role.
- Experience working with B2B clients or affiliate programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) for client communication.
- Familiarity with advance payment reconciliation and financial reporting is preferred.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing processes is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
