As the Head of Conversion Rate Optimization , you will be the primary architect of our digital growth engine, turning global traffic into loyal customers. You will bridge the gap between marketing and product to build a seamless, high-converting journey that defines the future of travel connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRO roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities across the entire customer acquisition funnel.
  • Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and scale winning strategies globally.
  • Translate complex user data and behavioral analytics into actionable insights that directly increase checkout completion rates .
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-performing landing pages and frictionless payment experiences.
  • Own the conversion KPIs , providing transparent reporting on how experimentation drives bottom-line revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation across the growth team, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for user intent.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in Mobile App CRO , specifically driving growth for high-volume B2C apps (iOS & Android).
  • Deep expertise in App Analytics (eg, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4) and native A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strategic understanding of the App Store journey , bridging the gap between ASO (Store) and In-App conversion.
  • Experience with native mobile UX , focusing on "thumb-zone" design and reducing friction in multi-step technical flows.
  • Strong leadership skills , with the ability to influence product roadmaps using rigorous, data-backed hypotheses.
