✦ About the team
Holafly is a global eSIM provider structured with functional teams—Marketing, Product, IT, etc.—that drives growth across all countries.
The International Growth Team is responsible for setting Holafly’s international expansion strategy and making sure it executes. This team collaborates with key functional teams to ensure growth, scalability, and success in global markets.
✦ Responsibilities of the International Growth Team:
- Defining and executing Holafly’s global expansion strategy
- Establishing economic targets by country
- Monitoring international market presence
- Developing and leading Country Growth projects
- Identifying new market opportunities at the country level
- Ensuring international expansion targets are achieved
- Monitor & track international expansion progress using key metrics
- Work cross-functionally with User Acquisition, Product, Development, Sales, and Customer Service teams
- Report directly to the Head of Growth
- Manage and develop the Country Growth Specialist
- Create and implement Country Growth Playbooks
- Identify growth opportunities, including moonshots, quick wins, and low-hanging fruit
- Ensure international operations are scalable and expansion milestones are met
- Oversee the success of international projects
- Align internal stakeholders with the international expansion vision
- Develop and execute country-specific go-to-market strategies, including performance marketing, brand building, and category expansion
- Collaborate with Localization and Product/UX teams to enhance market-specific user experiences
- Partner with User Research teams to develop international user research strategies that generate actionable insights for customer growth
- Lead, manage, and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams responsible for international customer acquisition
✦Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, general management, or program management
- 2+ years of experience in leadership or people management roles
- Strong understanding of B2C performance marketing and conversion rate optimization across the customer funnel
- Experience working with Product, UX, and Analytics teams in a software-related business
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and work autonomously in an evolving, ambiguous environment
- Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive with minimal guidance and drive results in uncertain market conditions
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on giving actionable feedback and coaching cross-functional teams
- Highly analytical, with a passion for forecasting, measuring impact, and tracking key business metrics
- Comfortable working with flexible schedules (availability for meetings in Latin American and Asian time zones when needed)
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
