About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Product manager  to lead the end-to-end development and growth of our digital products. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, growth, and sales—to shape a clear product vision, align it with company objectives, and deliver meaningful solutions to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that our product roadmap is executed effectively and efficiently.

 Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance with overall product goals on their scope, driving product innovation, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Acts as a thought leader and advocate of the product development lifecycle driving best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with design, technology, growth and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Holafly’s goals.
   
• Drive product discovery and development based on user insights, data, and market trends.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences on time.
   
• Monitor key product metrics and continuously optimize for performance and customer satisfaction.
   
• Act as a voice of the customer, championing user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
   
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation.
   
• Support a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and agile practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Manager SR or Lead  in a technology company.
• Experience in developing and launching customer-facing products.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience working in agile frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or web-based platforms.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, or Amplitude for data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with checkout flows, payment gateways, and e-commerce infrastructure.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles applied to web product development.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Azure devops, Confluence.
