As the Senior Affiliate Manager, you provide strategic leadership and oversight for the affiliate marketing program. You work closely with your team—Affiliate Marketing Manager and Digital Account Executives—ensuring the day-to-day operations are aligned with broader business goals. Your role is to optimize performance, manage key partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

1.Affiliate Operations Management
- Acts as the primary point of contact for managing the day-to-day operations of affiliate relationships.
- Oversees affiliate account managers responsible for key geographic regions, ensuring that performance meets expectations.
- Ensures compliance with partnership contracts and maintains positive relationships with affiliates.
2.Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitors affiliate sales, performance, and payments to identify trends, resolve disputes, and optimize performance.
- Tracks key performance metrics, including affiliate-generated sales and engagement, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
- Addresses performance issues, including underperforming affiliates, and ensures corrective actions are taken in collaboration with your team.
3.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Works closely with finance and tech teams to streamline payment systems and ensure smooth platform integrations.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure the affiliate program is well-supported and runs efficiently.
4.Affiliate Training & Onboarding
- Ensures affiliates receive adequate training and onboarding resources for event briefings and other essential activities.
- Works with your team to ensure affiliates are prepared and equipped for success in campaigns.
5.Event Briefing & Campaign Strategy
- Provides strategic oversight to ensure that affiliate involvement in event briefings aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Manages feedback from event briefings to improve future campaigns and guide broader marketing strategies.
6.Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Manages bi-weekly performance reporting, tracking regional and team performance metrics to ensure objectives are being met.
- Analyzes performance data and provides strategic recommendations to improve program results.
