✦ About the role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Inbound Marketing specialist to head our lead generation and conversion strategies across different markets.
This role is critical to optimizing our acquisition and nurturing strategies, with a strong focus on performance analysis, content collaboration, and CRO. If you have 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, web traffic analysis, and conversion optimization, we’d love to hear from you!
✦ Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization (CRO): Drive lead generation strategies through organic content, paid campaigns, and partnerships.
- Implement and optimize CRO tactics on landing pages and forms to maximize lead-to-customer conversions.
- Content Collaboration & Web Traffic Analysis: Analyze web traffic and user behavior patterns to identify opportunities for creating effective lead magnets and pop-ups to boost lead generation.
- Automation & Lifecycle Marketing: Design and optimize nurturing flows and automated campaigns to improve customer conversion and retention.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive campaign and flow performance analyses to drive data-driven decision-making and resource allocation. Generate reports on key metrics (conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, LTV).
✦What We’re Looking For:
- Digital and Inbound Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in lead generation, conversion optimization, and content marketing collaboration.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL (preferred), with the ability to extract insights and perform funnel analysis.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Demonstrated experience in A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and conversion rate improvements throughout the funnel.
- Automation & CRM Tools: Proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or others, essential for managing nurturing and lifecycle flows.
- SEO and Content Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and ability to analyze web traffic to identify lead generation opportunities; collaborate effectively with the SEO team for a content strategy that supports lead generation.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to present complex insights and lead projects effectively, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English is a must, and experience working with English Markets is desirable.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
