Role

As the Director of Revenue Growth, you will be the primary architect of our digital revenue engine, turning global traffic into loyal customers and maximizing the value of every transaction. You will bridge the gap between marketing, product, and sales to build a seamless, high-converting journey that defines the future of travel connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue optimization roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities across the entire customer acquisition and monetization funnel
     
  • Own conversion, AOV, and revenue per session metrics, designing strategies that compound growth across all digital touchpoints
     
  • Design and execute rigorous experimentation frameworks (A/B testing and other structured tests) to validate hypotheses and scale winning strategies globally
     
  • Translate complex user data and behavioral analytics into actionable insights that directly increase revenue and customer lifetime value
     
  • Manage cross-functional teams including CRO, Sales/Chat, and Revenue Operations to create a unified growth engine
     
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Product to ship high-performing experiences across web and mobile that reduce friction and drive monetization
     
  • Provide transparent reporting on how experimentation and optimization initiatives drive bottom-line revenue growth
     
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation across the growth organization, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for maximum revenue impact
     

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue growth, conversion optimization, or digital monetization roles at high-growth companies
     
  • 5+ years leading teams of 15+ people across multiple functions (CRO, Sales, Analytics, Operations)
     
  • Proven success at scale: Track record driving revenue growth at companies with €100M+ in annual revenue
     
  • Deep expertise in Mobile App monetization, specifically driving growth for high-volume B2C apps (iOS & Android)
     
  • Mastery of analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4) and experimentation tools
     
  • Strategic understanding of the complete customer journey, from acquisition through conversion, upselling, and retention
     
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence product roadmaps and executive strategy using rigorous, data-backed insights
     
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments across multiple markets
     
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
