About the role
At Holafly, we’re looking for a Bilingual Digital Content Producer (Spanish/English) with a focus on creative writing, brand positioning, and strategic content production. This person will play a key role in the audiovisual team, leading the development of narrative concepts and written pieces for advertising campaigns, digital ads, and branded content.
The ideal candidate will have experience crafting audiovisual scripts, creative concepts for marketing campaigns, and copy adaptable to multiple formats (video, social media, ads, website, and more). We’re looking for a strategic and creative mind with a strong sensitivity to brand voice — someone who understands the impact of content on brand awareness, conversion, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Creative and strategic writing: Ideate and write scripts, copy, taglines, key messages, and persuasive narratives aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Audiovisual content production: Design and structure scripts for advertising videos, tutorials, social media ads, branded content, and other formats.
- Adaptation to static and digital formats: Create tailored text versions for graphic assets and paid media platforms.
- Campaign thinking: Contribute to the development of campaign concepts, ensuring consistency between messaging and marketing goals.
- Brand storytelling: Act as a guardian of Holafly’s tone and style across all touchpoints, strengthening the emotional connection with the audience.
- Voiceover production: Coordinate with external vendors for multilingual recordings, ensuring quality, narrative intent, and cultural relevance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, performance, brand, and affiliate teams to create impactful content.
- Review and editing: Proofread and optimize scripts, copy, and assets before production or publication.
- Research and continuous improvement: Analyze benchmarks and trends in digital storytelling and performance content to iterate with purpose.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creative writing, advertising copywriting, or strategic scriptwriting.
- Portfolio showcasing campaigns or pieces with proven results in awareness, conversion, or engagement.
- Experience creating content for social media, paid media, branded content, and web platforms.
- Degree in Communications, Advertising, Linguistics, Screenwriting, Film, or related fields.
- Excellent writing and conceptualization skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or scriptwriting software (Final Draft, Adobe Premiere is a plus).
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of the structure and strategy behind digital advertising campaigns.
