As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you oversee a team of Digital Account Executives (DAEs) responsible for managing affiliate relationships within a specific region (International, EMEA, ASIA, Spanish/LATAM, or English). You develop and execute regional strategies to optimize affiliate performance, ensure smooth operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
Team Oversight & Regional Management
✅ Oversees a team of Digital Account Executives managing affiliate relationships in specific regions.
✅ Develops and executes regional strategies to drive affiliate performance and engagement.
✅ Ensures that KPIs are met for each region, tracking affiliate performance and providing guidance on how to improve.
Affiliate Engagement & Performance Monitoring
✅ Tracks affiliate engagement in event briefings, ensuring affiliates are well-prepared and aligned with campaign goals.
✅ Works closely with DAEs to monitor affiliate KPIs, performance, and optimizations for affiliates.
✅ Provides insights and recommendations for affiliates on how to optimize their performance based on tracked data to the DAE
Escalation Resolution & Problem-Solving
✅ Resolves escalations related to technical issues, payment problems, or compliance concerns to ensure smooth affiliate operations.
✅ Works closely with internal teams to quickly address and resolve affiliate challenges that arise.
Collaboration with Success Team & Lead Gen Team
✅ Collaborates with the Success Team to address creative asset needs, ensuring that all marketing materials are available for affiliates.
✅ Ensures affiliates receive the necessary design resources to help them succeed in campaigns.
✅ Ensures DAE receive enough leads from the Lead Gen Team to be able to meet KPI´s
Reporting & Regional Metrics
✅ Manages reporting and metrics for their assigned regions, ensuring that all key performance indicators are tracked accurately.
✅ Provides regular reports on affiliate performance and progress against regional goals to upper management.
✅ Ensures the correct use of the labels/tags to maintain DATA accurate in CRM and Impact
Team Development & One-on-One Meetings
✅ Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with Digital Account Executives to assess their performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
✅ Mentors and supports team members, helping them grow professionally and reach their full potential.
Strategic Planning & Goal Alignment
✅ Participates in strategic planning meetings with senior leadership to ensure that regional strategies align with broader company goals.
✅ Works to ensure that goals are aligned and that all teams are working toward the same objectives.
