About the position:
Responsible for leading the design and implementation of an organizational design framework that meets the strategic and operational needs of the business. Also lead the implementation of compensation programmes and initiatives to achieve best practices for operational effectiveness and internal equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the methodology for the definition of organzational structures, head count and workforce analysis.
- Measurement of capacities and analysis of workloads, proposing schemes that lead to continuous improvement.
- Employs best practices to lead organizational design initiatives, including assessing, developing, and redesigning organizational frameworks, structures, operating model, , roles, job level requirements
- Creation of equitable and competitive salary structures and optimization of organizational processes through an analytical and data-driven approach.
- Designing compensation policies that attract, retain and motivate talent.
- Conduct market research on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Build classification frameworks and career paths.
- Manage compensation budgets.
Requirements:
- Minimum five to 5 years demonstrated experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and Compensation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a strong customer focus.
- Strong report writing, research, analytical and project management skills.
- Fluent English.
