The Role

At Holafly, we are growing fast, and to scale successfully, we need a solid, digital, and efficient operational structure. We are looking for a Process & Automation Manager to become the key figure for the design and evolution of our operations.

You will not be a simple observer. You will be the architect of our core processes. Your mission is to design the "machine" that makes Holafly work, ensuring that every gear is optimised, digitally orchestrated, and automated. You will transform business strategies into efficient operational realities.

Your Responsibilities

Architecture, Design & Standardisation:
Lead the strategic design and comprehensive mapping of the company's core processes (end-to-end). You will not only document what exists today but also define how the Holafly of tomorrow must operate to support the expected speed of growth.
Create the "Source of Truth": Centralise operational knowledge to eliminate tribal dependencies. You will standardise workflows using BPMN notation, ensuring they are the single reference for the entire organisation.
Cross-Functional Vision: Break down silos between departments. You will ensure that all the areas across Holafly are aligned in fluid and coherent processes.

Digital Transformation & Automation:
Digital Orchestration (BPMS): Lead the implementation of BPM suites (Appian, Bizagi, Bonita, etc.) to digitise and structure workflows. Your focus will be on creating a robust digital environment before moving to pure robotisation.
Lead the Automation Agenda: Once the process is digitised, you will identify inefficiencies to replace them with automated solutions.
Technical Execution: Design and implement automated flows. You will use RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate) or integrators (Zapier, n8n) to connect systems and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Tech Stack Evolution: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to translate operational needs into software solutions, ensuring that technology serves the process and not the other way around.

Governance, Control & Change Management:
Process Ownership & Governance: Establish the process governance framework. You define the rules of the game and audit compliance to prevent operations from degrading over time.
Data-Driven Control: Define and monitor rigorous KPIs (cycle times, error rates, efficiency) to measure operational health. You will use data to make decisions.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Act as a Change Manager. You will ensure that teams adopt new tools and methodologies, driving a culture where optimisation is constant.

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with process modelling tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with RPA and Automation tools, such as Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

• 2+ years implementing or managing BPMS Suites: Experience working with process orchestration platforms (such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega, etc.) to digitise complex flows.

• 3+ years of experience in data-driven environments. Ability to demonstrate analytical capability and data handling skills. Advanced Excel, basic SQL. BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI are a plus.

• 2+ years of experience working in agile teams.
